All new residential developments must demonstrate compliance with the following Building Regulations at the design stage:

• Part L – SAP Assessments (Energy Efficiency)

• Part O – Overheating Reports (TM59)

• Part G – Water Efficiency Calculations

These reports must be submitted to Building Control and/or Planning Authorities prior to the commencement of construction.

If a proposed design does not initially meet the required standards, we collaborate closely with architects and M&E consultants to identify the necessary design adjustments to achieve compliance.

Upon completion, an ‘As-Built’ SAP Assessment is carried out to confirm compliance, followed by the production and lodgement of the EPC on the national EPC Register.
