Pegler & Co Services was founded by Lee Pegler, who brings over 15 years of experience in the energy consultancy sector. With a strong background in EPC regulations for existing buildings and Part L compliance, Lee has worked across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, building a reputation for delivering practical, regulation-focused energy solutions that balance compliance with performance.

He established Pegler & Co to provide a more tailored, client-focused approach to energy compliance, supporting property owners, developers, and design teams in navigating complex requirements with clarity and confidence.

Passionate about driving energy efficiency across the built environment, Lee combines technical insight with a practical understanding of the challenges faced in both new builds and existing building stock.
